These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.intellifabric.ai(the “Site”), operated by Folio3 Software Inc. (“Folio3,” “we,” “our”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover use of the marketing website only. The IntelliFabric product itself is licensed under a separate Master Services Agreement between Folio3 and each customer.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Site provides marketing information about IntelliFabric, a pre-built analytics platform for Microsoft Fabric delivered by Folio3. You may:

  • Browse information about the product, features, industry solutions, case studies, and pricing.
  • Request a demo or contact sales via the forms provided.
  • Download publicly available resources (guides, playbooks, case studies).
  • Subscribe to our newsletter.

The Site is provided free of charge for informational and evaluation purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or to breach any security or authentication measures.

“IntelliFabric” and “Folio3” are trademarks of Folio3 Software Inc. “Microsoft” and “Microsoft Fabric” are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You may reproduce or share short excerpts with proper attribution and a link back to the original page. Broader use requires written permission.

5. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, products, or services (for example, Microsoft, case study customers, or our Folio3 parent site). Folio3 does not control these resources and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

Figures, benchmarks, and customer case-study results shown on the Site are illustrative. Actual results depend on your data, implementation scope, and environment — we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from this Site alone.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOLIO3, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or liability, these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Folio3 and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective date.” Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
