50+ Integrations

Connects to every system you already run.

IntelliFabric includes pre-built connectors for the most common enterprise source systems — ERP, CRM, databases, e-commerce platforms, and APIs. No rip-and-replace. Your existing stack becomes the data foundation.

ERP: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Infor M3, Epicor
CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Zoho CRM
Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Snowflake, Azure SQL, MongoDB

The Problem

Your data is everywhere. Connecting it is months of custom engineering.

The average enterprise analytics project spends 3–4 months just connecting source systems. Every ERP has a different data model. Every CRM exports differently. Every API requires custom authentication and pagination logic. The result: most of the project budget and timeline goes to plumbing, not insights.

The Solution

Pre-built connectors. Deployed in days, not months.

IntelliFabric's integration library includes production-tested connector templates for SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Shopify, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and dozens more. Each connector handles authentication, schema extraction, incremental refresh, and error handling — without custom development.

From connection to insight in four steps.

1

Source system audit

In week one, your Folio3 team audits your existing source systems — identifying ERP versions, database schemas, API endpoints, and file-based feeds. For each source, the matching connector template is identified.

2

Credential provisioning

Read-only service accounts are provisioned in each source system. IntelliFabric only requires read access — it never writes back to your operational systems. Credentials are stored in Azure Key Vault within your tenant.

3

Connector deployment and validation

Pre-built connector templates are deployed into your Fabric workspace and configured for your specific schema — table names, field mappings, date formats. An initial full load validates that the connector is extracting correctly.

4

Ongoing incremental sync

After the initial load, connectors run on your configured schedule — extracting only changed records. Schema changes in source systems are detected and surfaced as warnings before they cause downstream data quality issues.
